As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in offering consultative, implementation, system support, and professional services to a dedicated portfolio of Yardi clients. Your contributions will be essential in driving the digital transformation and operational success of our clients through Yardi software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architect of Digital Solutions: As the primary architect of our clients' digital strategies, you will manage the implementation and ongoing administration of Yardi software solutions with expertise and precision.
  2. Data Mapping and User Training: Perform data mapping and conversion, conduct user training sessions, and provide various services to ensure the successful deployment of Yardi software.
  3. Consultation and Direction: Offer consultative support to end-users, assisting with daily operations, financial reporting, accounting, and overall system usage.
  4. Best Practices Implementation: Advise clients on best practices relevant to their use of Yardi products, ensuring optimal application and efficiency.
  5. Expert Resource: Serve as a knowledgeable resource and escalation point for application-specific issues, resolving functionality and reporting problems through thorough research and analysis.
  6. Client Resource Evaluation: Assess client resources and software functionality to prioritize and address client requests, providing informed recommendations on ancillary products and services.
  7. Collaborative Projects: Work closely with internal teams—analysts, designers, programmers, sales, and marketing—to meet client needs and uphold high customer service standards. Additionally, manage special projects related to department training and client support.
  8. Additional Duties: Perform other Yardi-related duties as assigned to support the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences, or equivalent experience in the property management industry.
  • Project Management and CRM Skills: Demonstrated project management experience and proficiency in customer relationship management.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the property management industry and its best practices.
  • Technical Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, network systems, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-Oriented Attitude: Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels, both within and outside Yardi.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent Arabic speaker.

  • Network and Peripherals Management: Capability to configure and manage networks and peripheral devices.
  • Enterprise Software Experience: Familiarity with enterprise-level property, financial, and CRM systems.
