Full Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Web Developer to oversee and improve our company's digital assets, particularly our websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our online presence. This role focuses on usability, content, SEO, and overall website performance to increase traffic and lead generation. It demands a blend of web development skills and digital marketing knowledge, particularly in SEO and analytics.
Website Development and Maintenance: Take charge of developing, maintaining, and enhancing FSH website/s to ensure top performance, handling all technical aspects of the Content Management System (CMS). This includes regular updates and ensuring the website is responsive, adaptive, and user-friendly.
SEO Implementation and Supervision: Implement and supervise SEO tactics, such as keyword research, link building, and content optimization, to boost search engine rankings. Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and stay ahead of competitors in search engine results.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor website performance using analytics tools. Analyze user behavior and generate insights for further enhancement. This includes the creation and execution of effective back-linking strategies to elevate the website's online presence and authority.
Content Management: Manage updates to website content, ensuring it remains fresh, accurate, and engaging in line with our marketing strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize website content with ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
PPC Campaign Management: Supervise and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to maximize reach and Return on Investment (ROI). This involves strategic planning, execution, and ongoing optimization to ensure cost-effective advertising.
Website Security: Establish and uphold website security measures to protect against cyber threats. Perform routine backups and ensure the integrity and safety of website data.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in SEO, web development, and digital marketing. Apply this knowledge to continually improve the website's performance and competitiveness.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on website and SEO performance to management. Use tools like SEMRush, Meltwater, and other relevant software for market analysis, competitor insights, and SEO enhancement.
UX & UI Design: Take charge of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, ensuring an intuitive and engaging website layout. Develop various lead generation strategies and applications to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Programming and Coding: Carry out programming and coding for other applications and requirements as needed. This includes working with various coding languages and platforms to support the overall digital infrastructure.
Additional Responsibilities: Fulfill any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the company. This may include contributing to other digital marketing initiatives or supporting cross-functional teams.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
WordPress Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in WordPress development, including themes and plugins. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
SEO Strategy Implementation: Proven track record in implementing and overseeing SEO strategies. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, Meltwater, or similar.
Responsive Design Skills: Skilled in responsive and adaptive design, ensuring websites function well across different devices and screen sizes.
