Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory levels of hotel supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available. This includes regular audits and reporting.
  • Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries: Receive and inspect all incoming shipments of supplies, ensuring they meet quality standards and match the purchase orders.

  • Compliance and Safety: Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets. Ensure that the storeroom adheres to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Physical Stamina: The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving through narrow or elevated spaces, and handling items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and compliance with safety standards.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to coordinate with various departments and report inventory levels and needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to maintain orderly storerooms and efficient stock management.
