Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Human Resources & Payroll Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in implementing Oracle HR and Payroll applications, with at least 5 ERP implementation cycles under their belt, including UAE localization experience in the relevant modules. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to significant ERP implementation projects and support our clients in optimizing their HR and payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:

  • Lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle Human Resources and Payroll modules.
  • Configure Oracle applications based on client requirements, ensuring the solution aligns with business processes.
  • Customize and enhance functionalities to meet specific business needs.

2. Requirement Analysis:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their HR and payroll business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into precise Oracle HR and Payroll system configurations.

3. Integration and Data Migration:

  • Oversee the integration of Oracle HR and Payroll with other modules and external systems.
  • Manage data migration activities, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition of data.

4. User Training and Support:

  • Provide comprehensive end-user training on Oracle HR and Payroll applications.
  • Offer post-implementation support, addressing user queries and issues promptly and efficiently.

5. Documentation:

  • Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts.
  • Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

6. Testing:

  • Plan and execute system testing to ensure configured solutions meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to validate the functionality and performance of the system.

7. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about Oracle HR and Payroll updates and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR and payroll processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Human Resources and Payroll Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HR and Payroll modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Self-Service modules.
  • Experience with the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Oracle certifications in HR and Payroll modules are a plus.

Educational Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Degree: Any Graduate
  • Postgraduate Degree: Any Postgraduate
  • Doctorate: Not Required
