Job Description:

Our client, a leading Petro-Products manufacturing company based in Sharjah, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – HR, Administration, Payrolls. This role is pivotal in supporting the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, particularly in HR administration, payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and regulatory compliance.

Important Note:

  • Only candidates with UAE/Sharjah HR experience will be considered, with a preference for local candidates.
  • This is an operational role, not a leadership position.
  • Candidates should have no more than 10-12 years of experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a UAE driving license.

Job Summary:

The Manager – HR, Administration, Payrolls will be responsible for managing payroll, HR, and administration functions. This role requires hands-on management and active participation in day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and strategic vision. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy and Vision: Establish and implement HR initiatives that effectively communicate and support the company’s mission and strategic vision.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Develop systems and processes to ensure adherence to regulatory rules and requirements.
  • HR Planning and Strategy: Develop HR plans and strategies to support the overall business operations objectives.
  • Strategic Advisory: Function as a strategic HR business advisor to executive and senior management.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Develop comprehensive recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of the organization.
  • Employee Development: Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
