1) Floor Manager/Assistant Manager

Job Description: As a Floor Manager/Assistant Manager at Leen’s Casual to Gourmet, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the dining area. This role demands a dynamic individual who can lead by example, manage staff efficiently, and deliver an unparalleled guest experience. You will be the key player in maintaining the high standards that our patrons expect and ensuring that every aspect of their dining experience is exceptional.

Job Requirements:

  • Passion for Japanese and Asian Cuisine: A deep appreciation and enthusiasm for Japanese and Asian cuisines are essential. Our menu features an array of dishes that require an understanding and respect for these culinary traditions.
  • Leadership Experience: Candidates must have experience in leading and managing teams. Your ability to motivate, train, and develop staff will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of service at Leen’s.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous. While it is not a mandatory requirement, it will greatly enhance communication with our diverse clientele and team members.

2) Waiter/Waitress

Job Description: The role of Waiter/Waitress at Leen’s Casual to Gourmet involves providing top-notch service to our guests. As the face of our restaurant, you will ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience, from the moment they are greeted until they leave. Your attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and ability to anticipate guests' needs will set you apart.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in High-End Dining: Candidates must have proven experience in high-end dining establishments or 3-5 star hotel environments. This experience is crucial for maintaining the level of service our guests expect.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous. It will facilitate better communication with our guests and ensure that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

3) Head Waiter/Waitress

Job Description: As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in managing the dining room operations. This position requires someone with a strong track record in a similar role, who can lead by example and ensure that the highest standards of service are consistently delivered. You will be responsible for overseeing the waitstaff, ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Candidates must have a proven track record in a similar role. Your experience in managing a team of waitstaff and ensuring exceptional service is vital.
