Our client, a prominent player in the Retail Industry, is actively seeking a Junior Business Analyst to bolster their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business dynamics, particularly in Food Services and Duty-Free activities, to drive insightful reports and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be tasked with various missions, including:

  1. Operation Business Partner: Understanding the business specifics and crafting insightful reports to enhance operational performance.
  2. KPI Development: Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per passengers, stop ratio, average ticket value, margin analysis, and shrink and wastage analysis.
  3. Month-End Closing: Participating in month-end report preparation, ensuring clarity and consistency in reports like P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital, and Balance Sheet.
  4. Budgeting and Estimates: Engaging in budget and estimates preparation by challenging operational assumptions and contributing to forecasting databooks.
  5. Business Development: Preparing feasibility studies and reviewing them with stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
  6. Stakeholder Support: Providing assistance in Business Reviews preparation and engaging with key stakeholders.

Profile Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. 5 Years' Finance Experience: Including Business Analysis, Business Performance & Data Analysis, Controlling/Reporting, and Audit.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. SAP Experience: Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
  4. Analytical Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex data.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills.
  6. Autonomy and Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  7. Fluency in English: Proficiency in English language is a must.
