Roles & Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer specializing in PHP Laravel and ReactJS / NextJS, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining robust web applications. You will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end development processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your primary tasks will include:
- Front-End Development: Building responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js. You will work closely with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring the best user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Back-End Development: Developing server-side logic, building and maintaining RESTful APIs with Laravel and PHP. You will ensure the back-end services are efficient, secure, and scalable to handle high traffic loads.
- Database Management: Designing and querying databases using MySQL. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and optimizing database performance for quick data retrieval and storage.
- API Integration: Integrating third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of the application. This includes payment gateways, social media logins, and other external service integrations.
- Performance Optimization: Conducting thorough testing to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable code that adheres to best practices in coding standards and application security.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers. Strong communication skills are essential to understand requirements and provide technical insights and solutions.

Mandatory Skills
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development, particularly with the Laravel framework.
- Front-End Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Next.js/React.js and its core principles, with a solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- API Knowledge: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in building and consuming them.
- Database Expertise: Proficiency in designing and querying databases using MySQL.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitHub, to manage code repositories and collaborate with other developers.
- Web Development Lifecycle: Experience in building web applications from conception to production, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
