Job Description:

As a Fleet Technician in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the physical verification of fleet activities, inspection of trucks, random vehicle inspections, and coordination with vendors and business units for service appointments. This role is vital to maintaining our high standards of vehicle maintenance and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Physical Verification of Fleet Activities:

  • Perform regular checks on fleet operations remotely to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Verify fleet activities to ensure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

2. Truck Inspections:

  • Inspect trucks to ensure that all requested work has been completed satisfactorily before they are returned to the business.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to maintain the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.

3. Random Vehicle Inspections:

  • Carry out random inspections to verify the effectiveness of washing activities.
  • Ensure that vehicles are clean and presentable at all times, adhering to company standards.

4. Communication and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with vendors and business units regarding service appointments for each vehicle.
  • Ensure that all service appointments are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Fleet Management.
  • Proven track record in managing fleet operations and conducting vehicle inspections.

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Additional certifications in fleet management or automotive technology will be advantageous.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough inspections.
