Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Administrator to join our team based in Qatar. If you meet the requirements below, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Summary:

The Finance Administrator will be stationed at our Qatar training center and will collaborate closely with both the Business Development and Finance teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless management of booking processes, candidate registration, financial reporting, accounting, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice Management:

    • Issuing invoices through the Spider system and manually.
    • Preparing proforma invoices and cash receipts.
    • Handling internal and external queries related to invoices.
    • Submitting invoices to customers via email.
  2. Supplier Management:

    • Managing QA suppliers, including issuing Purchase Orders and facilitating payments.
  3. Template Creation:

    • Assisting in the creation of templates for TMS customers and TMS intercompany billings.
    • Collating necessary backups for these transactions.
  4. Coordination and Documentation:

    • Acting as a liaison between the Qatar Operations team and the UAE finance team.
    • Maintaining an organized filing system for invoices and related documents.
  5. Bank and Vendor Relations:

    • Completing forms for banks, vendors, and other legal requirements.
  6. Accounts Receivable:

    • Following up on accounts receivable for QA clients.
  7. Customer Service Support:

    • Providing support to the Customer Service team as needed.
  8. Additional Finance Tasks:

    • Undertaking any other finance-related tasks as assigned from time to time.

Key Skills:

  • Experience:
    • 2 to 3 years in Accounting and Administration.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, specifically Excel.
  • Communication:
    • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Teamwork:
    • Ability to work well within a team environment.
